Other things you may like to know about the facilities we provide (all included in the price)

Heating, electricity, gas and tourist tax are all included, so there is nothing further to pay.

Shower and pool towels are provided.

Patio furniture is available at each Gite and sun loungers by the pool.

Each bedroom comes with an electric fan for the summer and heaters for the winter.

Parking is available on site, down a long driveway, away from the road and behind the estate gates.

A laundry room is available on site (next to Rose Cottage) with washing machine, dryer and ironing.

For our Gite guests we provide a welcome pack containing essentials like eggs and milk, along with a bottle of local wine. Let us know your preference of red, white or rose when booking.

Provided we don't have back to back bookings we can be flexible about check-in/out times. Contact us if you want to arrive early or stay late.

Two mountain bikes (his and hers) are available if you would like to cycle locally.

If you stay for more than 7 nights we provide a fresh set of bedding and towels weekly.
We can also offer the following services:
If you are arriving late or on a Sunday/Bank Holiday we can do a grocery run for you. Let us know at time of booking and we'll ask you to complete a shopping list. Depending on arrival day we will be able to get produce from the local markets, which helps keep the prices down. We charge 5 Euros for this service to cover fuel costs.
If you are flying into Bergerac or arriving by train we can shuttle you to and from the property. We'd ask for a contribution of 15 Euros for a pickup (to cover travel and parking) and 10 Euros for a drop-off. We can fit 4 people and two large cases in the car.
